By downloading or using the CRM Auto app ("the App"), developed by Rui Moutinho, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the App implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any condition, you should not use the App.

2. Licence to Use

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence is granted to use the App solely for professional purposes of customer and business management in the automotive sector.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a free plan and a paid subscription plan (Pro), with the following conditions:

The free plan is available indefinitely, with basic features and a client limit.
The Pro plan is a monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited clients and all features.
Payment is charged to the Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price, unless cancelled.
You can cancel automatic renewal in App Store Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
No refunds are issued for subscription periods already started.

4. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored locally on the device and, if synchronisation is enabled, may be synchronised between your devices via Apple's iCloud. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including design, code and text, is the property of Rui Moutinho and is protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without prior authorisation is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". The developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor is the developer responsible for data loss or indirect damages resulting from its use.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes are published implies acceptance of the new Terms.

Ao descarregar ou utilizar a aplicação CRM Auto ("a App"), desenvolvida por Rui Moutinho, aceita os presentes Termos de Uso. Leia-os com atenção antes de utilizar a App.

1. Aceitação dos Termos

A utilização da App implica a aceitação integral destes Termos. Se não concordar com alguma condição, não deverá utilizar a App.

2. Licença de Utilização

É concedida uma licença pessoal, não exclusiva, intransmissível e revogável para utilizar a App exclusivamente para fins profissionais de gestão de clientes e negócios no setor automóvel.

3. Subscrições e Pagamentos

A App disponibiliza um plano gratuito e um plano de subscrição pago (Pro), com as seguintes condições:

O plano gratuito está disponível sem limite de tempo, com funcionalidades básicas e um limite de clientes.
O plano Pro é uma subscrição mensal que desbloqueia clientes ilimitados e todas as funcionalidades.
O pagamento é debitado na conta Apple ID no momento da confirmação da compra.
A subscrição renova-se automaticamente pelo mesmo período e preço, salvo cancelamento.
Pode cancelar a renovação automática nas Definições da App Store até 24 horas antes do fim do período atual.
Não são emitidos reembolsos por períodos de subscrição já iniciados.

4. Dados e Privacidade

Os seus dados são armazenados localmente no dispositivo e, se a sincronização estiver ativa, podem ser sincronizados entre os seus dispositivos através do iCloud da Apple. Consulte a nossa Política de Privacidade para mais informações.

5. Propriedade Intelectual

Todo o conteúdo da App, incluindo design, código e textos, é propriedade de Rui Moutinho e está protegido por direitos de autor. É proibida a reprodução ou distribuição sem autorização prévia.

6. Limitação de Responsabilidade

A App é fornecida "tal como está". O desenvolvedor não garante que a App seja ininterrupta ou isenta de erros, nem é responsável por perdas de dados ou danos indiretos resultantes da sua utilização.

7. Alterações aos Termos

Reservamo-nos o direito de atualizar estes Termos a qualquer momento. Alterações relevantes serão comunicadas através da App. A continuação da utilização após a publicação de alterações implica a aceitação dos novos Termos.
